<h3 id="isPasted">How much does shipping cost?</h3>For Wine Futures, we charge a nominal fee of $10 for 6-packs, and $19 for 12-packs.&#xA0;For Bottle Shop orders, orders of 12 bottles qualify for free shipping! <h3 id="where-do-you-ship">Where do you ship?</h3>We ship to all states in the US with the exception of: AL, AK, AR, DE, HI, MS, ND, RI, UT, WV. Shipping outside the USA is not a service we currently offer. <h3 id="isPasted">Can I ship to a FedEx or UPS Hold At Location (HAL)?</h3>Yes! At checkout, you can use the suggested HAL based on your shipping address, or enter the address of your preferred location if you already know it. Orders must be sent with the name of the person who will collect the package, since each HAL location requires photo ID to release the package.&#xA0;Packages will be signed for a HAL associate, so you won&apos;t have to worry about missing the shipment due to Adult Signature Required. Once your order is in the hands of your carrier of choice, you&apos;ll receive another email confirming your tracking number.<h3 id="what-if-im-not-home-for-delivery">What if I&apos;m not home for delivery?</h3>Federal law requires that packages containing alcohol must be signed for by someone 21+ years of age, without exception. If it&apos;s still hot in your region at that time, rest assured, all summer/early-fall orders ship with complimentary temp-controlled shipping to a local temp-controlled hub. When your order is packed and in transit from one of our nationwide temp-controlled shipping hubs, you&apos;ll be sent a notification letting you know the package is on the way, including the tracking number. Regular tracking updates will begin once the shipment is in your carrier of choice&apos;s hands. During the temp-controlled portion of shipping in the hottest months, you may not receive standard shipping updates until it is in your carrier of choice&apos;s hands from a local temp-controlled shipping hub. During the hottest time of year, and through this complimentary service, all locations in the US are a 1-3 day trip to you from that local temp-controlled hub - please keep this in mind for being available to accept your delivery, or reroute it to a local pickup location.&#xA0;<h3 id="delivery-attempts">Delivery Attempts</h3>You will get a notification upon each attempt that FedEx or UPS tries to deliver the package. They&apos;ll attempt 3 times to deliver to the address designated on the package before it is &quot;Returned To Sender&quot;.If for any reason you need to re-route the package or have it slowed down in transit to meet your needs, please use <a href="https://www.fedex.com/en-us/delivery-manager.html">FedEx Delivery Manager&#xA0;</a>or <a href="https://www.ups.com/us/en/track/ups-my-choice.page">UPS My Choice</a> to make the necessary modifications.&#xA0;<h3 id="order-delivered">Order Delivered</h3>We will send you an automated email letting you know your order has been successfully delivered. Please note that if the package is &quot;Returned To Sender&quot; (RTS) this notification will remain applicable when arriving back to us, even though it was not delivered to you.&#xA0;<h3 id="reshipment-policy">Reshipment Policy</h3>FedEx and UPS will attempt up to 3 times to deliver packages to the address you provided on your order. Federal Law requires a signature from an adult 21 years of age or older to successfully complete delivery.&#xA0;If they are unable to complete the delivery, they will return the wine to our warehouse. If you request the wine to be reshipped, we will need to pass along the $23/package fee we incur by both FedEx and UPS.Please know we make every effort to heavily subsidize the cost of shipping to you.&#xA0;

Typically the first delivery attempt will be 1-3 days from that time; see your carrier&apos;s tracking information for the first projected delivery date.</li><li style="margin-left: 15px; font-size: 16px;">Regardless of western, central, or eastern states, it is imperative you are available for the first delivery attempt if you are purchasing the final mile ice pack for $20/order. Ice packs will keep the wine cool (not cold) for up to 72 hours and are not replaced by your carrier of choice. If you believe you will miss your first delivery attempt for any reason, please set your shipping destination to the nearest FedEx or UPS location for pickup at the time of checkout to avoid any missed delivery attempts. Generally speaking these types of businesses are climate controlled (AC, storing packages out of direct sunlight). If you have any concerns about climate control in your local FedEx or UPS location for pickup, please contact them directly to confirm before shipping to that location.</li><li style="margin-left: 15px; font-size: 16px;">Ice packs will generally not arrive as solid, frozen blocks. This is by design. The intent is to keep the wine cool, not cold or frozen. If you receive your wine on the first delivery attempt and you see corks protruding from the bottles, this is a sign of heat damage - please contact <a href="mailto:support@denegoce.com" style="color: rgb(17, 85, 204);" target="_blank">support@denegoce.com</a> immediately if this occurs.
