How much does shipping cost?

For Wine Futures, we charge a nominal fee of $10 for 6-packs, and $19 for 12-packs. 

For Bottle Shop orders, orders of 12 bottles qualify for free shipping!

Where do you ship?

We ship to all states in the US with the exception of: AL, AK, AR, DE, HI, MS, ND, RI, UT, WV. Shipping outside the USA is not a service we currently offer.

Can I ship to a FedEx or UPS Hold At Location (HAL)?

Yes! At checkout, you can use the suggested HAL based on your shipping address, or enter the address of your preferred location if you already know it. Orders must be sent with the name of the person who will collect the package, since each HAL location requires photo ID to release the package. 

Packages will be signed for a HAL associate, so you won't have to worry about missing the shipment due to Adult Signature Required. Once delivered, you have 5 business days to collect the package during HAL hours. 

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you place your order, it usually takes 4-5 business days for processing and receiving your tracking information, as long as the wine is in-stock (not a Futures wine)

Standard transit time for the regions covered by FedEx/UPS Ground routes shipping from Northern California are:

- Western States: 1-2 days
- Central States: 2-4 days
- Eastern States: 4-7 days

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer expedited shipping upon special request, subject to additional charges variable by shipping destination. Please contact [email protected] to learn more. 

Do you offer ice packs?

Yes, we now offer ice packs for your packages in the hottest months for $20/order, regardless of order size. Select to add them during the checkout process when prompted to do so. Orders without ice packs cannot add ice packs post-purchase. 

How can I track my package?

Once you've placed your order, we'll send you a confirmation email to confirm your order number and shipping address. Once your order is in the hands of your carrier of choice, you'll receive another email confirming your tracking number.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

Federal law requires that packages containing alcohol must be signed for by someone 21+ years of age, without exception. FedEx & UPS will only attempt 3 deliveries before returning the package back to us. If you're not home to sign for your package, please use FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice to hold or re-route your shipment.
