Logging In

1. To login to your de Négoce account, click here.

2. Enter your account email and password. 

3. Once logged in, you can view your order history and order fulfillment status. 

4. If you purchase Long Term Storage (LTS) we will keep your order in our temperature controlled warehouse until you request it to be released for shipping. Please note that you must write to us at [email protected] with the Order # requesting release. 

Checking Out

You will need to be signed in to your account to check out and complete your purchase. Here are the steps for checking out from our site:

1. Click on the shopping cart icon to view your cart.

2. Check the box to confirm you are 21+ years of age.

3. Choose whether you would like Seasonal Storage or not. Summer Hold orders will be released on/around October 1st (weather permitting). We will notify you 1-2 weeks in advance of orders being released. 

4. Enter your contact & shipping information, as well as choose your preferred carrier for delivery of the order.

5. Enter your payment information, and utilize your discount code/gift card if applicable.

Once everything is ready, press "Pay Now" to complete your purchase. You'll be sent a confirmation email with a 6-digit order number.
