Wine Futures

With every Wine Future Offer, we give an estimated arrival timeline of the wine to our fulfillment warehouse. Please keep in mind these are best estimates, and always subject to change based on global shipping logistics.

You'll be able to tell if an offer is a Wine Future from the following details:

Each wine undergoes a rigorous QC process before being released to fulfillment for shipping to you. When the wine is approved for fulfillment, we'll send a notification email titled "The Future Has Arrived".

At that time, if you need to update your shipping address, or have your order held short-term, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and details of the changes.

In-Stock Bottle Shop Items

If you'd like to purchase in-stock and ready to ship items, check out the de Négoce Bottle Shop.

You should expect to see an email with tracking information within 4-5 days from your purchase of in-stock items from the Bottle Shop, depending on your location and the weather conditions along the route to you. We take extra precaution to hold any orders that may be exposed to extreme temperatures en-route.
