What is Buy & Hold?

From May-October we offer a paid Buy & Hold service option at checkout to have your order held in our temperature-controlled warehouse throughout the season. Orders purchased with the current Buy & Hold program will be automatically released on October 21. We will notify you 1 week before these orders are released. If it's still hot in your region at that time, rest assured, all summer/early-fall orders ship with complimentary temp-controlled shipping to a local temp-controlled hub. During the hottest months of the year you can add an ice pack for $15/order for the final mile, please see the ice pack options section below for more details.

Where do you ship from?

Our fulfillment center is located in Napa, California. 

What happens if I get pulled away for a last-minute trip or emergency?

FedEx Delivery Manager offers a free, up to 14-day "Vacation Hold" where your product is held in a temperature-controlled area at your local warehouse before going out for delivery. UPS My Choice also has short-term hold options. Please contact whichever service you need based on the shipper of your order.
